Hourly Supervisor - Empower Field at Mile High

About the role

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and hosts a wide variety of concerts and specialty events. Concession Supervisors are the heart of our operations, working each day to create an exceptional event-day experience for our guests. This position is ideal if you enjoy high-volume, fast-paced operations, managing a large team, and working in food and beverage for some of Denver’s best events.

This is an hourly, seasonal, part-time position. Scheduling is managed through the ReadyOn flex-workforce app, where shifts are available for selection. There are no minimum guaranteed hours per week, and hours will not exceed an average of 25 hours per week annually.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse
• Store product in designated areas, maintain PPE, and provide each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines
• Manage a section of concession stands and staff
• Maintain necessary paperwork throughout the event, including temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs
• Adhere to food, safety, and safe-drinking guidelines and ensure staff compliance
• Assist with operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
• Maintain adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Perform inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Deliver excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet operational commitments.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math functions
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (required; training and certification provided on-site if needed)
• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (required; training and certification provided on-site if needed)

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand for several hours
• Ability to work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures
