Job Summary

This position is located at The University of Oklahoma with a tentative start date of August 3rd. Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team? We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee our VIP clubs and suites for the upcoming football season. This role is responsible for ensuring premium service standards, smooth operations, and a first-class experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Premium Operations: Supervise all aspects of food and beverage service within VIP clubs and suites, ensuring seamless execution of game-day operations.
  • Staff Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support servers, bartenders, suite attendants, and runners. Conduct pre-event meetings to review menus, guest expectations, and service standards.
  • Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, handling requests and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Quality & Presentation: Ensure all food and beverage offerings are presented and delivered according to premium service standards.
  • Inventory & Setup: Coordinate pre-event setup, product stocking, and equipment checks to ensure readiness for each game.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to alcohol service laws, health and safety regulations, and venue policies.
  • Post-Event Wrap-Up: Oversee breakdown, restocking, and inventory reporting. Provide event recaps to management.
