Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of assigned areas during events.
• Interacting with clients and guests, as necessary.
• Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to concerns.
• Maintaining and controlling high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Training, educating, and enforcing responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Ensuring adherence to service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
• Interacting with co-workers to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conducting physical audits of inventory and products.
• Following and encouraging adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Verifying rentals, food, supplies, beverage, etc., in accordance with Event Orders, Transfers, etc.
• Collaborating with Warehouse and Culinary to meet service needs.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Premium service standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Catering Standards and experience in the service industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Computer workstation skills, including keyboard and visual display terminal use.

The Premium Supervisor position supports all food and beverage operations within the Premium Department at Empower Field, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This is an hourly, seasonal, part-time position with scheduling managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn. Compensation ranges from $23.43 to $23.43 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources. The position requires a valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification and must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Pay

The Hourly rate for this position is $23.43 to $23.43. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Schedule

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week, and hours will not exceed 25 hours per week on average annually.
