About the role

The Lead Premium Coordinator oversees food & beverage ordering, guest communication, and event planning for Premium Suite Holders, coordinating with operational departments to deliver an exceptional Premium experience. This role combines hospitality, relationship management, operational planning, and event-day execution, serving as a developmental pathway into Premium leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Premium Suite Holders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through timely and professional communication.
  • Educate guests on ordering deadlines, menu offerings, and Premium experiences.
  • Coordinate dietary restrictions, allergies, celebrations, VIP amenities, and special requests.
  • Manage guest expectations while partnering with leadership when operational flexibility is appropriate.
  • Own the complete suite ordering process from initial communication through event execution.
  • Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process orders using department ordering systems.
  • Cook up modifications, additions, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Maintain guest preference records.
  • Partner with Suites Operations to communicate event needs and ensure readiness.
  • Coordinate with Culinary regarding menus, allergies, dietary accommodations, and specialty requests.
  • Work with Purchasing on specialty procurement.
  • Partner with Catering Sales for private event opportunities.
  • Cook up coordinate concession partner menu items.
  • Support Retail requests when applicable.
  • Cook up Coordinate approved menu submissions and communications with Austin FC.
  • Generate OMS reports including Kitchen, Snack, Bread, Liquor, Beer & Non-Alcoholic Beverage reports.
  • Distribute operational reports to appropriate departments.
  • Communicate order updates and operational changes.
  • Support Suite Supervisors by ensuring event information is complete prior to guest arrival.
  • Format Premium Club menus for guest distribution.
  • Submit approved menus for Austin FC 'Know Before You Go' communications.
  • Maintain liquor yield reports, placement sheets, and Premium operational records.
  • Maintain SOPs, templates, and departmental documentation.
  • Support seasonal administrative projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Premium Hospitality, Sports & Entertainment, Hotel, Catering, or related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Premium Suites Operations experience.
  • Experience with OMS or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of Premium hospitality standards.
  • Experience coordinating multiple operational departments.
