About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and manage timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure project milestones are met
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and communicate progress to all relevant parties
- Manage risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of construction or engineering industry practices

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
