About the role

This is a part-time, seasonal position beginning in May 2026 and concluding in October 2026. As a Premium Seating Guest Services crew member, you will ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional service to season clients in sky suites, floor boxes, and premium seating areas before, during, and after events at an outdoor venue.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
• Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry to confirm event validity.
• Assist guests with locating their seats.
• Check tickets for entry into VIP and premium seating locations throughout the event.
• Guide guests to exits or provide assistance during emergencies.
• Address guest complaints, provide directions, and maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue.
• Monitor crowd behavior and escalate issues to venue management or law enforcement as needed.
• Participate in post-show venue cleanup, including collecting recycling, compost, and trash from seating areas.
• Assist in closing the venue after events, including storing equipment such as lawn chairs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior work experience required.
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; ability to make independent, sound decisions within established policies.
• Availability for event dates, primarily evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Applicants must possess work authorization in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship for a visa.

Pay

Expected compensation for this position is $15.00–$15.40 USD per hour, based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
