About the role
FC Tulsa is seeking a Premium Sales Executive to join our Ticket Sales team. This role is responsible for selling premium season tickets, group outings, hospitality packages, and mini-plans.
Responsibilities
- Sell premium season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and hospitality experiences through calls, meetings, networking, and community events
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and lead-generation tools
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals with guidance and support from leadership
- Provide high-quality service to prospective and existing clients
- Renew and grow existing accounts by building long-term relationships
- Represent FC Tulsa at matches, networking events, and community activations
- Collaborate with marketing, community engagement, and corporate partnerships teams
- Maintain accurate records and client interactions in CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ year of sales or ticket sales experience (sports experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and ticketing platforms (Unify) is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation required
Pay
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and performance bonuses
