Premium Sales Account Executive

Essential Functions

  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX including, but not limited to grandstand tickets, suites, hospitality seats, and Grand Prix Plaza events.
  • Responsible for selling the following packages: Hospitality seats and suites, grandstands.
  • Produce revenue via traditional and non-traditional methods including but not limited to cold calls, in person meetings, site visits, and networking.
  • Complete at least 100 outbound phone calls per day with the goal of establishing a face-to-face appointment at GPP.
  • Maintain and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals & KPI’s as determined by the Director of Sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring prompt and thorough responses for all inbound and outbound communication.
  • Attend race week to ensure great customer service to all clients and fans.
  • Assist the Ticket Sales & Service department in various duties as needed.

Supportive Functions

  • Attend sponsored charity events within the local community.
  • Aid in event planning and coordination of sales/services related events.
  • Other tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor/Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related premium sales experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and execute in a timely manner.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment with challenging demands and frequent changes.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor and can interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively – both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as the event calendar requires.
  • Qualified candidates must be able to work in the United States.
