About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in North America. You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and converting new B2B customers by selling our full suite of Telematics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to new business opportunities via phone, email, and digital tools.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, taking leads from initial contact through to close.
  • Respond to and convert inbound marketing leads generated by campaigns.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across our range of Telematics solutions.
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Accurately maintain records within Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain and improve your own performance and KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Support the wider sales team by sharing insights on customer feedback and trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer success and post-sale satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions.
  • Contribute ideas for sales improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment (desk-based or telesales).
  • Experience in or understanding of Telematics or SaaS-based solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close.
  • Experience working to individual KPIs and team-based sales targets.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a true team player.
  • A passion for technology and problem-solving in a fast-paced sales environment.
