Job Summary
Sales Coordinator at T-Mobile Arena seeks an organized and guest-focused individual to support sales, event coordination, and daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Support event sales efforts by assisting with proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Aid in suites order and suite order management system.
- Cook up event details with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activity.
- Drive revenue through effective follow-up and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant sales, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS or event systems experience a plus.
- High attention to detail, especially with financial data.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event day.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to move between office, kitchen, warehouse, and event locations.
- Ability to use standard office equipment including computers, printers, and phones.
- Ability to work in both office and event-based environments, including exposure to noise, crowds, and varying temperatures.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets and Smartsheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
