Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of premium seating agreements, charging payments, and creating a streamlined sales process.
  • Daily Management of Salesforce sales opportunities to ensure correct sales reporting.
  • Aid in all gameday experiences including Know Before You Go communication, group leader coordination, hosting premium prospects, group sales activations, and staff planning.
  • Plan and execute prospecting events for the Sales Team to drive new revenue.
  • Distribute & track all gifting and buy-now incentives for Rams VIP clientele.
  • Cook up and communicate all SoFi Stadium in-person premium sales tours.
  • Manage client calls pertaining to payment history, SSL installment plan, cards on file, change address, contract details, initial onboarding, etc.
  • Manage Group Sales email inbox to assist with all questions/inquiries.
  • Aid in managing marketing lists and sales campaigns throughout the season.
  • Aid in managing the game day needs of group leaders and nightly rentals.
  • Plan internal team outings to help build culture.
  • Aid management with other related tasks.
  • Serve as a Culture Champion within the office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for thinking strategically.
  • Coachable and eager to learn every day. Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and general creativity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and internal team.
  • Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best. Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Digital Presentation tools.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including event coverage, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations.

Pay

$24/hr. + overtime eligibility + bonus based on performance and company target goals
