Nature of Work

Customer Service for Guests.
Problem solving potential ticketing issues,
Serve as Theatre Box and Club Level Concierges; greet, check-in, and answer questions for guests.
Serve as a concierge for all Premium spaces within Ball Arena such a Suites, Theater Boxes, Club Lexus, etc.
Aid Business Development leadership and staff with any issues within designated spaces.
Provide Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service to all guests during events.
Respond to all incoming inquiries, suggestions, and concerns from guests.
Understand the policies and procedures for Ball Arena premium ticketing areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year service-related, concierge, or hospitality experience.
• Exceptional customer service is required.
• Must be people-oriented and a team player.
