Concierge

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Concierge at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, a distinguished luxury hotel in downtown Bellevue. This role is ideal for someone with an engaging personality who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests by assisting with their stay planning and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest in guests
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops, and attractions
• Resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty
• Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A strong desire to make an impact on others
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Advanced knowledge of the local area
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
