About the role

Sky Quest is a premier provider of private jet services. As a Private Jet Concierge at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), you will be the face of Sky Quest, ensuring every client interaction is seamless, professional, and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers at CLE, Atlantic Aviation, and Jets FBO.
• Facilitate smooth transitions at the start and end of trips.
• Verify catering is delivered and onboard before departure.
• Assist passengers with luggage from cars to planes and vice versa.
• Manage client car keys for vehicles scheduled for detailing.
• Schedule and monitor ground transportation, including rental cars and driver services for upcoming flights.
• Confirm ground transportation services are in place for active flights.
• Maintain accurate written and communication records through aviation software, project management software, email, and Slack.
• Maintain adequate inventory for standard and special flight requests and coordinate with ground support for catering and special stock needs.
• Organize and update shared email inboxes, file emails, and upload receipts to corresponding trips.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in the private aviation industry or two years of administrative, executive, or forward‑facing customer service experience with an aviation‑related company.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer‑service focus.
• Tech‑savvy: proficient with multiple software platforms and capable of managing multiple email inboxes simultaneously.
• Efficiency, attention to detail, honesty, integrity, and strong follow‑through.
• Organizational adaptability in a fast‑changing environment.
• Calm under pressure and persistent in achieving results.
• Strong teamwork and enthusiasm for the role.

Schedule

Sunday through Wednesday, 11 am – 7 pm.

Pay

From $40,000.00 per year.

Location: In‑person at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Cleveland, OH 44135. Ability to commute to and relocate within Cleveland, OH is required.
