Premium Clubs Bar Lead - Intuit Dome

Job Summary

Maintains guest services in accordance with company standards. Bar Lead acts as the bridge between management and bar staff. Oversees the daily service operations. Key responsibilities include creating managing inventory, and ensuring a safe, efficient bar environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, efficient beverage service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Act as the floor leader during peak hours, ensuring stations are properly prepped, stocked, and cleaned.
• Monitor inventory levels, track product usage, and assist in placing orders.
• Enforce responsible beverage service (RBS) protocols.
• Ensure strict compliance with local health codes, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
• Ensures compliance of company policies, procedures and practices
• Oversees the productivity, breaks and daily scheduling; communicates performance issues to management.
• Maintains front-end supplies.
• Helps provide guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
