$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and estimate food and beverage costs
• Help set up club area for service before each event
• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
• Monitor food and beverage levels, place daily orders for additional products as needed
• Inspect dining, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
• Strong knowledge of food and wine
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
