Premium Club Attendant, Little Caesars Arena

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Club Attendants to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.

About the role

As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. This is a fast-paced role offering opportunity and potential to learn where your efforts are rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the club and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
• Anticipate guests' needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
• Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
• Previous experience as a club runner preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
• Exposure to variable temperatures
• May be required to work in narrow spaces
