About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, implementing the school's curriculum, and fostering a love of learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide individualized attention to each child
• Collaborate with colleagues to support classroom goals and objectives
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a criminal history check
• Pass a fingerprint check
