The PreK Teacher position at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic School in Doylestown, PA, Bucks County is seeking an experienced educator to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for PreK students
• Provide individualized attention to each student to support their learning and growth
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational environment
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate
• Experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Completion of the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia
