About the role

Mater Dei Catholic School, located in the heart of Montgomery County, is seeking two enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated educators to serve as full-time Pre-Kindergarten Teachers – 3 Year Old Program for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence through hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences in a faith-filled environment.
• Join a highly supportive Early Childhood team who work together to provide exceptional learning experiences for every child.
• Integrate Catholic values and daily prayer into classroom life while helping children recognize God's presence in the world around them.
• Build meaningful relationships with parents as partners in each child's educational journey.
• Inspire curiosity, independence, kindness, and a love of learning in every child.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Pennsylvania teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
