About the role

The PreK3 Teacher will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for PreK3 students.
• Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall school mission and goals.
• Assess student progress and communicate with parents about their child's development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least one year of experience working with young children.
• Valid Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with technology in the classroom.
