Predictive Maintenance Analyst Mid-West

Responsibilities
- Perform vibration measurements and inspections on rotating equipment, including turbines, pumps, fans, motors, and gearboxes.
- Execute advanced vibration data analysis and diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve complex mechanical health issues and equipment irregularities.
- Deploy complementary diagnostic technologies including thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide actionable technical recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Vibration Analysis Certification: ISO Category II (CAT 2) minimum is required.
- Education: High School Diploma, Related Field Experience or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics.
- Experience: Proven experience in vibration data collection and analysis.
- Physical Agility: Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Technical Specialist with a balance of field expertise and analytical mindset.
Skills
- Proficiency in diagnostic software and hardware.
- Strong verbal and written English skills; ability to translate complex data into clear reports for clients.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is primarily based on on-site work in the Mid-West region.
