About the role

I-care Reliability Inc (part of I-care Group) is the world leader in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring. We leverage AI-driven solutions to predict machine failures months in advance, helping our clients worldwide operate more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vibration measurements and inspections on rotating equipment, including turbines, pumps, fans, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Execute advanced vibration data analysis and diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve complex mechanical health issues and equipment irregularities.
  • Deploy complementary diagnostic technologies including thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide actionable technical recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Vibration Analysis Certification: ISO Category II (CAT 2) minimum is required.
  • Education: High School Diploma, Related Field Experience or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics.
  • Experience: Proven experience in vibration data collection and analysis.
  • Physical Agility: Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications
