About the role
The Predictive Maintenance Analyst is responsible for analyzing equipment data to predict maintenance needs before failures occur. This role involves using statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models to forecast equipment failures based on historical data
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to gather and analyze equipment data
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in predictive maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in predictive maintenance or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis software
- Experience with machine learning and data modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry-standard maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of reliability engineering principles

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
