Precision Machining Maintenance Technologist

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled service and corrective repairs on machine tools (lathes, mills, CNC).
• Identify root causes of mechanical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Complete inspections and PM tasks to uphold efficiency and reliability.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Cook up service windows that limit interruptions.
• Cook up support installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain safety compliance and a clean, organized workspace.

Your toolkit

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical credentials are advantageous.
• Experience in machine maintenance within manufacturing or a machine shop.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting capability.
• Familiarity with CNC equipment and modern manufacturing systems.
• Skill in interpreting manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency maintenance as needed.
