Responsibilities

  • Identify and Target Prospects
  • Lead Generation
  • Market Research
  • Qualify projects and determine their potential readiness to benefit from Shure’s solutions.
  • Customer Needs Analysis

  • Solution Proposal
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective management of the sales cycle (Opportunity tracking in Salesforce).
  • Team Collaboration
  • Support customized end-user engagement activations.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 0-2 years of experience using skills as a professional with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products.
    • Experience providing audio technical support, audio design, and audio equipment set-up.
    • Background or experience with 1-2 of the following: integration, conferencing, or networking.
    • Understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Enjoy meeting and dealing with new people.
    • Knowledge of audio DSP technology.
    • Expert troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to learn new technologies.
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments, work independently, and see projects through to successful completion.
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills.
    • 50% travel annually – including some weekends – is required.

    PAY TRANSPARENCY Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $64,000 to $109,000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year.
