Responsibilities
- Identify and Target Prospects
- Lead Generation
- Market Research
- Qualify projects and determine their potential readiness
- Customer Needs Analysis
- Product Education
- Solution Proposal
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, customer success, and technical experts
- Represent Shure at Industry events and conferences
- Support customized end-user engagement activations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience using skills as a professional with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products
- Experience providing audio technical support, audio design, and audio equipment set-up
- Background or experience with 1-2 of the following: integration, conferencing, or networking
- Understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy meeting and dealing with new people
- Knowledge of audio DSP technology
- Expert troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, work independently, and see projects through to successful completion
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills

Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The base salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $97,000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year.
