Responsibilities

  • Identify and Target Prospects
  • Lead Generation
  • Market Research
  • Qualify projects and determine their potential readiness
  • Customer Needs Analysis
  • Product Education
  • Solution Proposal
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, customer success, and technical experts
  • Represent Shure at Industry events and conferences
  • Support customized end-user engagement activations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience using skills as a professional with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products
  • Experience providing audio technical support, audio design, and audio equipment set-up
  • Background or experience with 1-2 of the following: integration, conferencing, or networking
  • Understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoy meeting and dealing with new people
  • Knowledge of audio DSP technology
  • Expert troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, work independently, and see projects through to successful completion
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills

Benefits

This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year.

Pay

The base salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $97,000.

Schedule

50% travel annually – including some weekends – is required.
