Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (W2 ONLY)

All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis; no sponsorship is available.

About the role

Our client is looking to bring on a pair of Solutions Architects to join their pre-sales team. They will work alongside the sales team to ensure a strong understanding of the customer environment and customer comprehension of the solution’s viability. The Solutions Architect will be the primary designer of the solution and must be able to present it clearly to the customer. This position involves rolling out new IT solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer environments and ensure customers grasp the viability of proposed solutions.
• Design technical solutions and present them clearly to customers.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives that the commercial team can pitch and close.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with customers and sales teams to develop solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex platform architectures, data products, API ecosystems, and integration requirements.
• Familiarity with modern data and AI platform concepts, including agentic systems, API-first architecture, data exchange methods, and enterprise connector frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective with both engineering teams and C-suite audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, data intelligence, or AI-native platforms.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
