Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
About the role
The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in the Concentrix team, focusing on integrating and automating client software systems through REST APIs and third-party APIs. This role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their needs, guiding the requirements gathering process, and designing custom software-based integration and automation processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client account teams and other pre-sales roles to guide the requirements gathering process with the customer
- Design and document custom software-based integration and automation processes
- Write services contracts, including well-defined scope, effort, and costs based on gathered customer requirements and your recommended designs
- Present solution designs and contract proposals to customers
- Work with post-sales solutions architects to validate designs and estimated efforts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of coding experience
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Experience in SaaS applications and working knowledge of SDLC Process and Development
- Strong foundation in API and different coding languages
- Experience working with various integrations across a wide variety of industry standard applications from CRMs, ERPs, etc.
- Experience working in a pre-sales technical role, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and solution architecture using REST APIs
- Understanding of API-based integration processes and designs
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences to define and document desired integration or automation outcomes within Client's products
- Comfortable working through ambiguity
- Able to present solution proposals with confidence and talk in-depth about your design choices and pros/cons of alternative approaches
- Backend software development experience preferred but not required

Pay
The base salary for this position is $106,087 - $135,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
Schedule
This position is for an existing, immediate vacancy. We are currently seeking to fill this role with an individual who can start as soon as possible.
