Pre-Sales Solutions Architect (W2 ONLY)

All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis; no sponsorship is available.

About the role

Our client is looking to bring on a pair of Solutions Architects to join their pre-sales team. They will work alongside the sales team to ensure a strong understanding of the customer environment and customer comprehension of the solution’s viability. As the primary designers of the solution, they must be able to present it clearly to the customer. This position involves rolling out new IT solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to assess customer environments and ensure customer understanding of solution viability.
• Design and present technical solutions clearly to customers.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives for commercial teams to pitch and close.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with customers and sales teams to develop solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand and communicate complex platform architectures, data products, API ecosystems, and integration requirements.
• Familiarity with modern data and AI platform concepts: agentic systems, API-first architecture, data exchange methods, and enterprise connector frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; effective with both engineering teams and C-suite audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, data intelligence, or AI-native platforms is preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
