Pre Sales Service Architect

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Leading the design of end-to-end service solutions across subsea and terrestrial optical networks
• Defining monitoring, maintenance, deployment and support models for global infrastructure services
• Owning pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses and bid development
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, balancing technical, commercial and delivery constraints
• Supporting services across subsea cable systems, cable landing stations (CLS), and data centre environments

Requirements

• Strong background in telecoms, global connectivity, or optical networking environments
• Proven experience in Presales, Service Architecture or Solutions roles within infrastructure / telco
• Solid understanding of: Subsea cable systems, Terrestrial backhaul and long-haul optical networks, Network monitoring, maintenance and operational models
• Experience working across design, deployment and support service models, not just high-level architecture
• Ability to produce high-quality technical proposals, service definitions and commercial inputs
• Strong stakeholder engagement, comfortable working with Sales, Commercial, Engineering and customers

Qualifications

We are deliberately targeting individuals with credible experience in subsea or closely aligned optical network environments. You’ll likely bring:
