Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Sales Manager Experience Required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Required

Responsibilities

• Ensure that vehicle reconditioning is done properly in a time effective manner.
• Manage Used Inventory Turn and Stock the Right Vehicle Mix.
• Provide management assistance and support sales staff selling used vehicles.
• Increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross profit growth.
• Forecast goals at the beginning of each month. Monitor, track and strive to meet goals each month.
• Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly.
