Farris Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge is hiring a high-performing Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead and grow one of the busiest used vehicle operations in East Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Drive used car sales
- Maximize inventory turn
- Structure profitable deals
- Lead and develop salespeople
- Convert leads into appointments and deliveries
- Build a high-performance culture
Requirements
- Athletic automotive sales management experience
- Strong used vehicle knowledge
- Desking and closing ability
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Process-driven mindset
- Finance experience is a major plus
