Pre-Op PACU Nurse Coordinator

Role: Responsible for coordinating and overseeing patient care and department operations in the Pre-op/PACU unit during assigned shifts. Responsibilities: Support quality, safety, and patient outcomes through effective leadership and supervision.Guide and evaluate nursing staff, participating in hiring processes and performance assessments.Lead staff meetings, educational sessions, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.Experience in patient care coordination within a surgical or perioperative setting.Knowledge of safety protocols and quality improvement practices.Ability to oversee department operations and support staff development.
