About the role
Responsible for overseeing the pre-fabrication process, ensuring all components meet quality standards before assembly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of pre-fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new fabrication processes.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and quality control tools.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project.
Skills
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and inspection techniques.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Pay
