Responsibilities

• Process and break down pieces for packing
• Cut, trim, skin and debone meat products
• Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, skinner machines, etc.
• Must wear protective safety equipment.
• Participate in the Training Program to learn several different jobs within the first 90 days.
