Fabrication

Responsibilities

• Stand entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platform
• Lifting, pulling, pushing, or carry at least 50 lbs
• Tolerate repetitive motion using your hands/wrist/arm/torso and legs
• Use the proper equipment to trim, debone, skin meat product
• Willingness to work with sharp knives, some power equipment and / or saws
• Ability to work in cold/damp indoor working conditions

Qualifications

• Must wear all PPE - Safety is the main requirement
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Beef Processing experience a plus
