Role Description/CriteriaWe seek a passionate, collaborative, inspiring and innovative teacher with a strong work ethic to work at Holy Rosary School. We have a contract position commencing 19 October, 2026.Selection CriteriaApplicants should address the Selection Criteria, include a resume and name three referees, including your current principal.The successful applicant should have the knowledge and skills to: create engaging, challenging and innovative learning aligned with MACS Vision for Instruction using evidence based practices that support diverse needs and improved student learning outcomeswork collaboratively with a Year 5/6 teaching partnersupport and implement the practices of MACS Vision for Engagement, including PBL (Positive Behaviour for Learning)nurture the faith of our students and integrate and promote engagement in the religious life of the schoolparticipate and initiate ways to engage with the community, and to extend and celebrate student learning within and beyond the classroomdevelop and maintain relationships with colleagues that contribute to positive workplace relationshipsreflect on personal and team practice, and contribute to the professional growth of self and others. Special RequirementsThe successful applicant will: have an understanding of the ethos and traditions of the Catholic churchhave VIT registrationbe accredited to teach RE or committed to achieving this accreditationbe eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointmentCommit to Holy Rosary School's Child Safe policies and the Code of Conduct.
