Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC service and installations
• Clean parts such as coils, etc.
• Power wash HVAC equipment units
• Learn to perform filter changes on equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, enrolled in HVAC program preferred
• Ability to communicate with internal team and customers
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to use hand and power tools

Physical Demands

• Must be physically able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment including electronic and diagnostic tools, recovery equipment, and various other HVAC equipment
• Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or materials
• This position requires: stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently
• Physical demand requirements are at levels of those of medium work

Work Environment

• This job operates primarily alone on HVAC and boiler equipment in all environments, which includes extreme cold or heat depending on the time of year
• Vehicles are used as the base of operations
