Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Absorb entry-level tasks and projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Participate in hands-on learning opportunities within assigned departments.
• Observe and support daily operations while gaining exposure to various career paths and skilled trades.
• Attend safety meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Demonstrate professionalism through dependable attendance, punctuality, communication, and teamwork.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within established timelines.
• Seek feedback, ask questions, and actively engage in the learning experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Build working relationships with mentors, supervisors, and team members across the organization.
• Contribute to a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a high school Work Based Learning, career readiness, or similar educational program.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment.
• Demonstrated interest in skilled trades, industrial services, maintenance, construction, or related career fields.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in office, shop, plant, warehouse, or field environments as assigned.
• Ability to comply with all applicable safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Reliable transportation to travel to all trainings and field assignments as necessary.
