About the role

At Houston Community Surgical, our mission is to provide patient-centered, thoughtful, expert surgical care; empower patients through education about their conditions and treatment options; and create a welcoming, inclusive environment for every patient and team member. We’re excited to add a Practice Operations Manager to the team to help build the operational foundation for our next stage of growth. This role will own the day-to-day operational rhythm of the practice, with a core focus on People Operations & Hiring, Process & Project Management, Data & Reporting, and Vendor Coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful operator who can build processes from scratch, identify gaps, use data to inform decisions, and keep priorities moving – ultimately giving the Surgeon Owner greater capacity to focus on patient care and growing the practice. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Houston, with an expectation of working onsite approximately two days per week. Prior healthcare or medical practice experience is a plus, but not required.

Start date: October 2026. Applications accepted through September 25, 2026.
