Practice Operations Manager

Role Overview The Manager of Hospital Operations, Quality, Safety & Experience (QSE) is responsible for partnering with clinical and operational leaders to drive continuous improvement in patient safety, quality, and system-based initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage teams to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence.Develop and implement initiatives to enhance patient safety, quality, and experience across departments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize workflows, foster innovation, and support change management.Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and support financial and operational planning.Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and professional development through coaching and mentoring.Drive system improvements, leverage data analytics, and adopt emerging technologies to improve outcomes.Lead projects, coordinate efforts across departments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of leadership and operational management experience.Proven skills in management, finance, communication, and change management.
