About the role
The Medical Assistant (MA) supports providers by delivering direct and indirect patient care in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The MA may assist with clinical procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must actively maintain MA certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- One year of applicable patient care experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting (preferred)

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
