Practice Manager - Springboro, Centerville, and Wilmington Primary Cares

Primary Location: Springboro Primary Care, CCHMC Springboro Primary Care. Full-time, day shift, 40 weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on initiatives, projects, or programs; collaborate with appropriate parties to plan, implement, and evaluate services.
• Manage all business and administrative personnel in the medical practice, including hiring, terminating, and performance management.
• Develop and manage operating budgets with ongoing P&L financial responsibility.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of an effective staffing and retention strategy.
• Establish and maintain procedures for orientation of new employees; mentor and provide learning and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Collaborate with human resources and department leadership to meet talent management goals.
• Ensure job requirements, goals, and qualifications for each position are clear to employees.
• Delegate responsibilities, establish clear lines of responsibility and accountability, and ensure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for personnel.
• Work with finance and clinical departments to develop and monitor a third-party payor pricing strategy.
• Develop effective policies and practices for revenue cycle management, including overseeing medical billing in collaboration with Physician and Hospital Billing.
• Manage vendors and leases.
• Oversee overall administration of practice operations, including billing, collections, patient scheduling, payroll, medical records, and general office activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• First level of full management authority for a physician practice where team management is the primary duty.
• Responsibility for 3+ clinic sites OR 6+ reports OR operating budget of $4M+.

Pay

Expected starting pay range: $67,537.60 - $86,112.00. Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on-call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
