Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative management to practice operations, reporting to the Director of Physician Services, Suburban Medical Group.
• Plan, develop, and organize workflow at the office level.
• Direct and evaluate the activities of the practice and each staff member.
• Manage the financial performance of the practice.
• Promote the practice within Suburban Medical Group and the greater medical community.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of clinical operations and fill in when staffing needs demand, with consideration to any licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field or a minimum of five years healthcare leadership/management experience (required).
• Medical Group experience (preferred).
