About the role
Full-time position (40 hours per week) located at 2007 95th Street, Naperville. Required travel: Yes.
Hours vary: Monday-Friday 7am or 8am to 5pm or 6pm, and Saturday as needed (8am - 12noon).
Responsibilities
- Manages all support staff in the delivery of patient services with dedicated on-site clinic presence, including provider templates.
- Provide staff with day-to-day direction and tasks.
- Develops staff schedules, workflows, and coordinates regular staff and professional meetings.
- Partner with team to address concerns and offer solutions.
- Oversee talent management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, performance management, and accountability practices.
- Maintain training and orientation of staff and providers; provide input into developing and updating training.
- Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions for moderately complex issues.
- Monitor patient experience and employee engagement scores and develop tactics to improve areas of opportunity.
- Responsible for monitoring and meeting budgetary goals for clinics/teams; evaluate and report variances to director.
- Collaborates with site-based provider leaders to coordinate communication, cascade key information, and facilitate bi-directional feedback to drive alignment, responsiveness, and operational improvement.
- Performs quality audits; partners with quality to assess outcomes and plans for improvement.
- Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements, and maintain applicable accreditations with key organizations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year previous physician practice experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum of 1 year equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year healthcare leadership experience preferred.
