About the role

Lead a clinic. Keep your patients. At Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy, you’ll be accountable for clinic operations, develop your team, and build community relationships - all without stepping away from the work that brought you to PT in the first place.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic
  • Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship - continuing an environment where learning is part of the work and strong clinicians stay and grow
  • Partner in the clinic’s financial performance: track budgets, productivity, and outcomes; identify trends and collaborate with leadership to stay aligned with financial goals
  • Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations
  • Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing
  • Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Active Physical Therapy license is required
  • 2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with recent outpatient orthopedic focus is required
  • Prior experience in clinic leadership, operations, or people management is advantageous

How We Support You

  • Clinical Development: Continuing education stipend + dedicated PTO for con-ed (separate from core PTO)
  • NAIOMT clinical coursework toward COMT certification
  • MedBridge Learning subscription
  • Leadership Development: Weekly coaching from an experienced clinic leader
  • Quarterly peer coaching and professional development sessions
  • Leadership community including peers across 90+ clinics in 4 states

Compensation And Benefits

  • $100,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Profit-sharing program
  • 401(k)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • PTO for community and philanthropic involvement, including individual grants
  • Interactive Wellness Program with rewards for healthy living

Why This Role, Why Now

You will be joining a PT-owned organization where clinic directors are genuinely valued as leaders, not just production units. If you want to build something, have real influence over how your clinic operates, and be supported by a network of like-minded clinicians while doing it, we'd like to talk.
