Practice Manager, Orthopedics

Position Summary

St. Mary’s Orthopedics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to provide dedicated operational leadership for a growing surgical subspecialty practice. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-provider orthopedic practice with integrated imaging services, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality patient experience. The Practice Manager will partner closely with physicians and cross-functional departments to support continued growth, strengthen referral relationships, and advance the development of a comprehensive orthopedic service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily practice operations, including clinic flow, staffing, scheduling, and resource management
• Maintain efficient, standardized workflows that support quality, access, and patient experience goals
• Monitor and manage operational performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement

• Practice Growth & Strategy

• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
• Partner with internal departments (e.g., marketing, access, finance, ancillary services) to expand referral networks and increase patient volume
• Support onboarding and integration of new providers and services
