Practice Manager (Mh)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures practice meets operations, revenue cycle, quality and financial benchmarks.
• Ensures practice meets strategic initiatives and improves fiscal management.
• Demonstrates human resource management through effective talent life cycle management including recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, employee development, engagement, retention, performance management, and time keeping.
• Safeguards good provider and physician relationships by promoting teamwork.

Qualifications

• Possesses a Bachelors degree in business administration or healthcare management.
• Five years experience in healthcare management within a medical practice is preferred.
• Proficient experience in reimbursement procedures, efficient practice operation, budgetary finance skills and excellent communications and interpersonal sills are crucial to the success of this position.
